I am passionate about customer service, communications, branding and design. With 15 years practical experience in creating creative and customer-focused marketing projects and campaigns in a wide range of businesses, I understand that new media opportunities need to be integrated into existing and comprehensive strategy to ensure that appropriate tactics are delivered in a consistent and measurable format. I help businesses understand the opportunities that are available through the social media, and how best to use these routes of communication to listen, understand and engage with the audience, without the hype and buzzwords that are so common in this space.

I’m also hands on with the Chartered Institute of Marketing Sussex branch, as vice chair on the committee, which is a great and practical challenge.

I fill my spare time with sporting activities and a love of motor racing; if it’s cold, then I may be found snowboarding; if it’s hot, then I’ll be surfing. Somewhere in between and I’ll be running, cycling or swimming, competitively if possible! However, with two small children that share my passion for water and cars, there’s not a lot of spare time to fill.
