Located on Conduit Street in Central London, just off Regent Street. We are within walking distance from Oxford Circus Underground station. The building itself is called Mutual House and the main entrance is situated between Church's and AusTravel.

We are on the 2nd floor, accessible by lifts or stairs; please ring the buzzer to gain entrance to the building.

Sutton station is on a direct rail link from London Bridge and Victoria, the journey time being 25-35 minutes. Sutton is eight miles north of Junction 8, the Reigate Hill junction of the M25 and can be reached from the motorway by following the A217.

We are located on St Nicholas Way, which runs parallel to the High Street. On foot from Sutton Station, turn right from the exit and walk straight ahead to the High Street. Staying on the left side, when you reach the Bar Room Bar building, take the turning directly on the left (Hill Road) where you'll see All Bar One. Walk to the end of the street and turn right on to St Nicholas Way. The entrance to Chancery House is located directly on the right. Our reception is on the 3rd floor, accessible by lift and stairs. Our office has wheelchair access and disabled toilets.

There are unfortunately no parking spaces available but the nearest car park is only a short walk away, in Gibson Road (off to the left of St Nicholas Way as you come into the road from the one-way system).
